Food is more than what’s on your plate
Food has been a job, a joy and a journey for me — from working in corporate run restaurants for over 7 years, enjoying local eats & different cultural cuisines alone or with friends, to experiencing gut health issues from childhood to my early 20s.
Over the years, I’ve become more conscious about the food I invest both my health and money into and because of that, I’ve seen a huge shift in my body and my grocery basket. I’ve learned about the ways my food can heal me, the fresh local options that don’t have hidden chemicals, preservatives or fake anything, and how resourceful our soil, our native animals and natural environment really are - and I’m still learning!
In our current world of convenience, commodification and soaring grocery prices, I started Of The Earth Dining with a mission to get people reconnected to one of the most pivotal parts of our humanity - the food we eat.
Get ready to experience your food in ways both old and new!
